Be very careful about how much spice and salt you use on these. Too much was way too spicy and salty for us. I suggest very lightly seasoning and utilizing the flavor of the sweet potato.
Ingredients:
• olive oil
• salt
• black pepper
• garlic powder
• paprika
• sweet potatoes
Preheat oven to 450.
Wash and slice potatoes into thin pieces.
Pour potato strips in a large bowl and coat lightly with olive oil.
Mix spices in a small bowl and then lightly dust potatoes.
Line baking sheets with foil or parchment paper and spread potatoes on evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until soft and golden brown.
