Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

As a suggestion from Hubby, we made these over the weekend. Very good and we'll definitely be making them again soon!
Be very careful about how much spice and salt you use on these. Too much was way too spicy and salty for us. I suggest very lightly seasoning and utilizing the flavor of the sweet potato.

Ingredients:
• olive oil
• salt
• black pepper
• garlic powder
• paprika
• sweet potatoes

Preheat oven to 450.

Wash and slice potatoes into thin pieces.

Pour potato strips in a large bowl and coat lightly with olive oil.

Mix spices in a small bowl and then lightly dust potatoes.

Line baking sheets with foil or parchment paper and spread potatoes on evenly.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until soft and golden brown.

Fabulous for a fall dinner! Sloppy Joes were perfect with them!
